Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the next business day (if a Next Day shipment is selected).
Please note: Same-day dispatch may not be possible during promotional periods, high-volume sales, or if additional security checks are required.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s progress.
Please allow time for tracking updates, as these are managed by the courier once your parcel is in transit.

international orders and USA order typically take 7 - 14 days Via our tracked and signed service to ensure you can see your packages movement at all times.
We use Royal Mail and other trusted courier services to ensure reliable delivery.
Delivery times are not guaranteed unless you have selected a guaranteed service at checkout.
Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier issues, weather, etc.). We will always do our best to escalate and support delivery concerns on your behalf.

We are unable to resend or refund parcels while they are still in transit.
Any items marked as undelivered or returned to sender must be received back at our facility before a refund or replacement can be issued.
If a Parcel says delivered and it is disputed an investigation will be initiated once concluded Lost and we are credited you will receive your refund , replacement order or Store Credit.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will escalate the issue with our delivery partner. Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the courier confirms the case can be closed:
- UK Orders: Typically 15 working days.
- International Orders: Up to 30 days.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once they are in transit.
For security reasons, we do not modify shipping addresses after the order has been placed, unless the request was made at the time of ordering.
